Embedding images in a comment on smart phone

When on my PC and I embed an image in a comment, I get a pop-up box which enables me to select and embed the file and all is good.
When I do the same on my smart phone, the pop-up box is tiny and the selection buttons are not visible, so it's not possible to embed anything.
I don't do this often. I did notice some weeks ago that the pop up box was too small, but it was just about possible to scroll it down to get the buttons - now it's too small even to do that.
Is there some setting for the size of the box that I can adjust, please?

By default, on mobile devices, Jamroom doesn't show the full editor and reverts to the simpler textarea form field. The editor causes too many issues on a smart phone - it goes offscreen and becomes difficult to use.
It sounds like this is what you are seeing.

Thanks for your response.
Most people who comment on group discussions on our site, want to post a picture. I will have to tell them it's not possible on a smart phone. It did used to be a bigger box (a few months ago - see attached) which was just about usable, but now it's just a thin line. Has something changed?
