Hello,
I have been having issues with updates from the market place, when click on the update button is shows the loading animation and nothing happens after that. I also noticed that when i try to rate items , post a comment or like an item I get the following messages .

an error was encountered saving the like - please try again

Error communicating with server - please try again ( error for comments )

so I decided to do some troubleshooting and noticed that under system check the memory cache result had the 'functions are missing' are a red light.

Please kindly advice.
Thanks

Hello,

You'll want to contact your hosing provider and have those functions enabled.

Hope this helps!

Send us your login details and we'll take a look. There's nothing else to advise.

If you want to clear your caches manually, there is a method here:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/troubleshooting/114/somethings-wrong-what-do-i-do#manually-clearing-caches

And another thing to check would be to see if the same issue exists when you use a non custom skin.

Note that the Memory Cache options will be disabled if you are running in Developer Mode (since developer mode disables caches).
