I have seen this issue from a few people but it has been sporadic. Let's say I have a song limit of 5. I am not sure it is if they add 5 and then delete one but they get an error trying to add the 5th song. As an admin I can add the tune but a user profile cannot.

Any ideas?

What is the error you get?

Thanks!

it tells them they have reached their quota even though they only have 4 songs.

Okay - I'll test it here on my end and see if I can find a way to reproduce it - let me know if you can as well.

Thanks!

I tried a couple of different things and I am not able to duplicate which is frustrating since I have had a few people mention this. What I did in the past was upload a test song that they could overwrite.

Could this be a session issue? So they have 5 and delete one and jr does not see they have deleted until they log out and back in?

I don't believe it stores anything in the session - it actually does a COUNT() on the items in the DS, but I will double check.

I believe I found the root cause of this and have the fix in for the next Core release (tomorrow).

Hope this helps!

I've just pushed out jrCore 5.1.17 that has an update in it to address this - let me know if you see any issues.

Thanks!
