I think https://www.website.com/user/signup page should redirect to user profile page automatically for logged in users.

The reason it doesn't is that master admins need to be able to be able to see the page should they want to use the Form Designer. Also, it's not a template driven page but a 'Module View' so to do this would need full consideration of any knock on implications, and changes to the coding of the User module.
Thanks for the suggestion though.

Yes, I know the reason behind but I have an introduction text in the homepage saying that something like "create yourself a profile" with a link to signup page in a Sitebuilder HTML widget.
I also tired to create two widgets one for logged in and one for non-logged in users but I guess SiteBuilder has a bug there as well. Even if I selected the widget to be displayed for only logged in users it was always displayed. (caches were reseted too)
Anyhow, not so critial.
Thanks.

If you think there's a bug with SiteBuilder that is stopping you from doing this, that needs to be addressed.
Having said that, I've just added two widgets to a test page, one for signed in (normal) users and the other for signed out users and they show as appropriate.
Remember that 'all' widgets, regardless of their viewable settings, will show to Master Admins.
