You need to create custom form fields and edit your templates.

If you need someone to do it for you, fill out a project request.

Docs: "Using the Form Designer"

The form designer adds things to the form, then you can use those in the templates.

It don’t show on profile pages it is active, There is no where to say place left or right or middle of profile page, at the moment im on follow me i like to be on the right of profile page and the other to be on left of profile page.

Ps i like this to show on all skins i’m using placing right to left of profile page.

You can put it wherever you like. You will need to adjust the templates where you want it to show.

If you havent found {debug} yet it will be really helpful for what you are doing:

Adding a new form field doesn’t mean it automatically shows on your site. You’ll then need to add {$profile_about_me} to the appropriate profile template where you want it to show.
Check our documentation for how to do this.

TBH there's not a simple answer to that question. Also, you're asking about how to add the content of text fields 'side by side' yet your example attachment is showing images, so that is confusing as well.
At the end of the day, you need to understand the HTML and CSS code that is used in Jamroom templates. You can then work out the structure of how they generate pages and so edit them to show they field contents as you want them.
Hope that helps

I never used followme but start with looking in the index template, you should see col references in there, determine where the right column is and then call your custom field there.
