Thanks

I asked my son to check my site - He sent me attachment of front page. The copy of the front page he sent is "WHAT I SHOULD BE SEEING " but I am not .. Under the headings of TOP ARTISTS, TOP SINGLES I should be seeing photos - but I am not..
All I am seeing is revolving numbers of percentage loading.. but NO PICTURES....

It sounds like the issue is local to you then. First, try a different browser. If that is ok, try resetting your browser cache and/or check that its configured to download images.

Depends on which browser you are using. It'll be in the browser settings perhaps?

But to be honest, if your son sees it ok, as I do, but you and your wife don't, it could be your ISP (Internet Service Provider) not serving images for some reason. Does it work on your smart phone (when its not connected to your wifi)?

On your computer, but I'm not sure that is the issue. Did you try another browser?
Are you seeing other images on your Jamroom site?
Are you seeing images on any other web pages?

It is all too confusing for me.., If I give you my ADMIN access - maybe you can take a look as I mentioned - there were red lines inside my admin.. but I do not want to give my Admin details here for the whole world to see?
PS: It is Thursday morning here - and it maybe this evening NZ time before I can send you the Admin details.

http://homegrownmusic.co.nz/ AND
http://www.homegrownmusic.co.nz/

Are not the same. You are looking at the www one. Look at the non-www one. It works.

--edit--
There are some steps here to get rid of the www for everyone:

Docs: "htaccess tips: get rid of the www"

A BIG BIG "T H A N K S" to you all that spent time offering a solution of my front page revolving numbers problem. As simple as
dropping the WWW. I had in Google which automatically came up - www.homegrownmusic.co.nz - so when I clicked on it - up came the revolving numbers site. .I now wonder how many possible members turned away from joining my site because they too might have found it with a front page of revolving numbers - by accessing the site using the WWW ? Once again - Paul, Gary and Michael -- Thank you..

You can likely fix it by setting the A Records correctly where the domain is registered.

I'm curious as to what "revolving numbers" are. Do you have a screenshot from before the problem was fixed?

Steve
Sorry I do not know how to make a screen shot -but I just loaded via GOOGLE www.homegrownmusic.co.nz ( note needs the www ) and you will see the spinning numbers front page below the photos.. Obviously searching for my site and others - to make them come up without the spinning numbers - need to leave off the www when you google search : homegrownmusic.co.nz
