Hi - although much time and care has been spent on 'moving' I am getting the following "invalid module: jrCore-release - required meta function does not exist" amongst other things:-(
If I download System Core will the functions come back again?
Thank You.

Try clearing the caches and running repair.php see if that fixes it.

Docs: "Somethings wrong what do I do?"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/troubleshooting/114/somethings-wrong-what-do-i-do

If its still an issue after that, re-upload jrCore

Can you send your ftp login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net so that we can see if all the module files are present?
Thanks

This is wrong - you should NOT be using FTP to manage the module directories on your install - you will break it.

The "jrCore" you see there is a SYMBOLIC LINK - not a directory - trying to "overwrite" that with the version directory will simply break your site.

Do not go into the modules or skins directory on your Jamroom install via FTP - there is no need to.

Have sorted your Core module(s) out and the site is looking ok now.
As Brian says, only upgrade modules via the MarketPlace, not via FTP.
Hope that helps

yes - you can load/reload any module from the marketplace.

For the binaries that are showing red on your system check, you need to contact your hosting provider and make sure your account is allowed to run binaries via a system call in PHP.

Let me know if that helps.

Some progress was made although it still doesn't work, so, is the video converting linked to specific binary function and is it possible to do it with ffmpeg as we had it before? Thanks

Most of your binaries were showing errors in your System Check so I reloaded the SystemTools module. They are all showing green now, so try things again.

Thank You. My videos are now showing. 98% seems to be ok with the site now except that this Chart we solved Look in the template that is showing those charts and find the 'jrCore_list' call that is displaying them. It'll start with something like this -
{jrCore_list module="jrAudio" chart_field="audio_file_stream_count" chart_days="365" . . . }
Note the 'chart_days' parameter. Set that to 7 for weekly charts.

has reverted back to the old one. Although we spent some hours on it we can't get it right? Hope I don't have to upload the core again.
Any thoughts? Thank you

Sorry, but its not clear what your issue is.

Which page are you looking at?
What is it doing now?
What do you want it to do?

Looking at the Front Page (Home Page). Under the above instructions the Chart was 'Top 10 This Week' This one https://fatsafatsa.com/music_charts
But in our move it has turned into the by_plays (page)
We're trying to get the above weekly chart in it's place.

Yeah - I did check and it looked ok to me, hence my last post.
Maybe remnants of the DNS changeover going on?

Looks like Activity Log is looking more normal now except for 2 notes that keep coming up. This is one( [system] reset queue_id 503 for worker id 19686 - exceeded queue work time) with the exception that the worker id Number varies.
The other in orange color (invalid order_by criteria in jrCore_db_search_items parameters)
I don't know if this is to do with the 'Find New Music Search Module' but I'll go and delete a lot of those band names.
Thanks.
