Anyone running the GoogleMaps module? Please post a link.

Just interested to see what might be accomplished with it.

I am currently using maps with just simple html image usemaps for making them clickable. They are hard to update, but also they don't suffer from problems with Google updating their stuff, so carefully considering a change :).

Thanks for the link, that already gave me ideas :). Using several maps instead of putting everything in the same one works nicely with events.

The maps Form Field is used to add the location of the event, then events are plotted on the time map from the Genosis package.

Also the events can be shown as distance from the user. eg "show me events within 2000km of where I am"
