closed Issue with Video

I have uploaded a video 29mb length 00:08:10 format mp4
It displays the cover image but when clicked on it says 'This video file is currently being processed and will appear here when complete.' but it doesn't seem to complete in over 1 hour.
Verify Video files :- Required MP4 Support: Enabled
Flash Video Support: Enabled
What would be the problem?

Look in your Activity Log - errors encountered will be logged there.

This is error in the Actvivity log.
jrProfile_register_quota_setting() option function defined for field: allowed_video_types does not exist

but I dont understand it because it's an mp4 and I allowed it in the settings.

Try running the integrity check
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> TOOLS -> INTEGRITY CHECK

I have run the integrity check and also then tried update to upload the video again but get the same result,

I have tried "Create flash" both on and off
I have tired "Convert files" both on and off as well as a number of different settings using workers etc

Yeah there's definitely something messing with this on your server - it could be that your PHP processes are limited in how long they can run for. I posted above that any errors are logged to the ACTIVITY LOG but I see you've posted no errors, so I assume there are NO errors in your activity log related to conversion? If there are none then it means the process is being killed by something on your server - outside of Jamroom.

Thanks Brian- I just created a 1.6MB "Test Movie" and trying to upload it now
I deleted the error log because ti keeps filling up with notices that i think you said should only show up if i am running in developer mode-ive not run dev mode in over a year...but i t keeps filling up...as soon as i get an error off this test movie I will post it

I'm not talking about the DEBUG log - I'm talking about the main Activity Log - click the "activity log" tab in your dashboard.

Thanks-sorry- i though that was what i posted in the above sceenshots-here is another try
The 1.6 MB test video is also not converting- attached is the queue viewer on that one
I have also attached the test movie if you want to try it on your test site

No issues here with that video - it converted in under 2 seconds. So something is messed up on your server. Unfortunately it can be tricky try to figure out why the server is blocking conversions from the FTP/web level. Do you have root access on your server?

Server support told me yesterday they are seeing no errors
I there something i should look specifically for in the php settings?

No - it should "just work" for the most part. I would need to have your root login and site admin login - I will tell you what the issue is. Send it to support [at] jamroom [dot] net.
