Hello,

Welcome to Jamroom!

The first account you create on your site will be the master admin account.

These docs might be helpful.

Thank you,

I was under the impression that it was installed for me.

It is. It is part of the Jamroom site install. The first account you create will be your 'Master Admin' account - http://konnectionsco.jamroomhosting.com/user/signup

When logged in with that account you'll see an 'ACP (Admin Control Panel)' link at the top of all site pages. Click on that to go to your Control Panel.
Also, checkout the link to the documentation Douglaas gave above.
Hope that helps

Guessing that you are trying to use your jamroom.net login credentials on your site? That will not work. Your site is seperate from this one. Create your first account on your site and you'll then be logged in as 'Master Admin'.

You have to create an account for each site on jamroom hosting.

Create a new admin account for the new site.

That is your 'secondary' domain that is the default when creating a site on our hosting. Develop your site on this domain and when you are ready to 'go live', switch it to its primary domain (the one you created). Docs. here - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/jamroom-hosting/2556/making-the-primary-or-secondary-domain-active
