The system checks shows jrSystemTools is missing.

When I click on install it never installs. The atom icon is active and in motion but I let it go for hours and no install

Sounds like there is something wrong with the marketplace setup. can you install any other modules? Im guessing 'no', so check your marketplace credentials are the same as your ones here on jamroom.net.

If that fails, download the jrSystemTools module from the marketplace here:
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/networkmarket/447/system-tools

and upload that to your server via SFTP. Then run the integrity check again.

The market place works fine. I installed free modules with no problem.
Tried the ftp upload and integrity check. This broke the site.
Removed the uploaded modules/jrSystemTools directory.
Had to run repair.php to get the site backup.
The site is working it just flags jrSystemTools not installed n the system ck
For now I can live with this.

Just a thought- What version of jrCore are you running?
Is not jrSystemTools intended for JR version 6... are you maybe running an older version of Core?

As Strumelia says, if you're running version 6 you are going to need the System Tools module.
Something is wrong somewhere. Send the site url and admin login to support[at]jamroom[dot]net and we'll take a look.
Thanks

Paul,

I just got it to work. After upgrading php to 7.1. I had to ftp theJrSystemTools files to the server, then run integrity check again. I was running php 5.631.

Working now thanks,

ED
