Is there any way to mass import blogger or wordpress blog content?

Theoretically yes. If the blogs to be imported can be prepared as a CSV file you can use the Exporter/Importer modules - https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/importing-merging-sites-to-jamroom/4725/overview

Alternatively, I believe that Michael developed a WP Blog importer some time back so maybe he can comment here about that.

I've got one, but i've not really tested it much. You can try it out if you have a dev site, see if it works if you like.

The concept is to bring in an existing blog wordpress site that is live on the web into the blog module on someones profile.

So if there are images, it tries to import the images. Definitely needs to be run on a dev system though.
