Hi, I was updating the profile_index.tpl file of a cloned theme when all the resources of my hosting account with a2hosting was exceeded. I have lost access to ACP so i cant perform any sort of maintenance or integrity checks.
Thanks

You want to contact a2hosting.

Thanks!

Hi, this was their response
The following processes are using the most memory and CPU:
/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k graceful -DSSL <----- means that its trying to restart apache to reload the configuration
/usr/bin/php /home/itemboco/public_html/modules/jrCore/router.php

this might have happened after my update , I just noticed a new JrAudio update (1.8.1)in the market place but nothing happens when i click the update button, nothing also happens when i try to install other marketplace items.

I tried to change my theme but nothing also happens even after resetting cache and running integrity test, i seem to be stuck on one theme.

thanks

So you're using all the available processes for your account - if you can restart the web server, that should help. Note that "router.php" is the entry point for all Jamroom scripts, so you'll always see one of those run for each request.

I'd contact A2Hosting and see about moving to a better plan that allows more than 25 processes.

Let me know if that helps.
