I just tried to add a google map to a post and getting the annoying yellow" Iframe Is Not Allowed" box in place of my map
I am using this code to add the map

I have added ALLOW_ALL_DOMAINS years ago...
Any way to get rid of this annoying and time wasting feature completely from an individual website?

Have you allowed google.com in the Allowed IFrame Domains section of your iFrame module?

/framer/browse

ACP > Site > iFrame Control > Allowed Domains

Be sure to reset your cache.

If you dont have iframe control module installed, then
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> QUOTA CONFIG -> ALLOW ALL HTML

Should get it done too.

And just to add some clarification here for a misunderstanding - the "ALLOW_ALL_DOMAINS" you added to the Core - Allowed Domains setting has nothing to do with iframes - that is used to determine which REMOTE domains will be allowed to embed audio/video from your site.

You really need to setup the iframe control module:

allowing iframes on your site without it is a very bad idea - it's how you're going to get your visitors systems hacked when they visit your site. I know it may seem to be an "annoying and time wasting feature" but trust me when I say we have setup JR this way specifically to prevent your site from being hijacked.
