I finally got my marketplace set up and then I thought I could install all of the great themes I have and then I got the error Unable to communicate with update server (2), anyone had that happen?

I looked in my logs and I saw this jrCore_load_url: https://www.jamroom.net/networkmarket/sdownload/jrPage/FqHSu4I4qrxkEQO4U8Ke returned code 0 - error #35 (error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol)

go to your sites system check and make sure there are no red lights:
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> TOOLS -> SYSTEM CHECK

Thanks Michael, I have 2 red lights!

FFMpeg binary is not working
/home/dmvtscom/public_html/J52/modules/jrCore/tools/ffmpeg

FoxyCart API Key needs to be set. (Click here)

I even attempted to update my Core
from 5.1.32 to 6.0.7 and got the same error as well.

5.1.32 is a bit old now, that could be related but I suspect more likely the issue is a custom server setup, that ffmpeg not working only shows up occasionally when the server structure is slightly not default.

Send me your admin login details to support at jamroom dot net and I'll take a quick look to see if anything obvious jumps out.

To fix the ffmpeg thing:

Docs: "How to use a different ffmpeg binary"

Michael, sorry to bug you, but I have my new 6.07 installed, how do I get both of my sites to show up in the sites list, I only see one, do I need to generate a new marketplace key or something for the second site?

Seeing both of them listed in your site browser:
https://www.jamroom.net/networklicense/licenses/profile_id=540/user_id=538

If by "Sites list" you're meaning here:
https://www.jamroom.net/bigd/mysites

Then you add them. but thats just for publicity to show other jamroom users what you've built, you dont need to add them there.
