solved Cant view website after using SiteBuiler

I am getting and error that reads:
Site Builder is going to show page_id 1 here, so dont bother parsing the skin template.

Once I am logged into the site - I can view it and my changes, but once I am logged out - I get that error.
I enabled maintenance mode now to hide the error, but how can I fix this?

Odd - That is an internal Site Builder error that should never happen!!
Can you send the site's admin login as a ticket so that we can check it out?

Ok I can do that, I don't know how to open a ticket though, I'm a novice.
Please advise me where to go to create a ticket, I don't see a link on the support forum to do so.
