Occasionally I get in my address bar: Not Secure| https://www.musicrush.com/user/login
And the following message in my browser. I have to reload the page several times to make it go away.
not sure what causes it but we have checked the site for hacks and found nothing.

Anyone see this before?

My guess is you did not setup the SSL "chain" portion of your certificate:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

See the "Missing intermediate certificate" section.

Your hosting provider should be able to set this up for you correctly.

Is there anything that sets or deals with this in Jamroom? We don't have a site certificate that I know of.

If you don't have an SSL certificate, you can't run SSL - turn it off on your server.

Jamroom is not involved in SSL.

Yep - Goto your Hosting Control Panel and click on the Settings button to the right of the domain, then select the 'Enable Free SSL' button.
