jrBanned test banned items

When I ban an IP address and then test it using the "test banned items" tool I see a message saying "201.18.18.173 IS NOT a Banned IP Address"

The same happens after emptying caches.

Using jrCore 6.0.7 and jrBanned 1.3.1

It's not a problem for me, just reporting it as a possible bug.

Seems to be working fine for me.

Might try reloading the ban module.

I tried reloading the module but no change. However I tried on another 6.0.7 site and that one works as expected, so I guess this is a problem on the one site only.
