Hi there, I am new to Jamroom, just installed it. I am trying to clone the Elastic 2 skin to be able to customize the cloned one, and I am getting an error ( see attachment). The skin is somehow cloned (name is missing some letters) but I don't know if this error generated missing components of the new skin. Thank you.

Welcome to Jamroom!

the "skin_cloned_from" is a core provided field - try running an Integrity Check (ACP -> Integrity Check) and see if that repairs the table.

Let me know if that helps.

Hi Brian, thank you.
I did the Integrity check (chcked all options ), it went through properly then tried to clone again the Elastic 2 skin. Same thing, same error.

OK - let's get you updated to Jamroom Core 6.1.0 - do this:

1) Go to ACP -> Marketplace -> Tools tab and click on the "Marketplace Channels" button
2) In the "Channel Invite Code" field enter "JAMROOM61BETA" and save
3) Click on "System Updates" tab and update to Jamroom Core 6.1.0b4.

This should fix it for you.

Let me know if you see any issues.

Thanks!

"ezt" is too short - the first 2 characters are going to be assumed to be the "Developer Prefix" - you need to name it:

xxEzt

That "xx" will be used as your developer prefix. The Help for the "New Skin Name" field explains:

Quote:
Enter the name you would like to save this new skin as - only letters, numbers and underscores are allowed.

NOTE: If you are not a Jamroom developer use xx as the developer prefix - i.e. xxSkinName.

Let me know if that helps.
