I have uploaded videos on my site, and I am using video pro skin. The videos are playing on my mobile phone, but on my desktop, they are not playing.

What might be the reason for them not playing?

Update it to the latest stable version, then run the integrity check.

I did that and the videos still won't play.

What is the URL to the site they are not playing on?

Alos, which browser are you using?

Thanks!

Im having the same issues..
In a secure website ( https://) the videos are only playing on androids. On regular pc it will not play.
ON a regular website(not secure http://) the hosted videos do not play at all. I had tested with all the skins and the issues are the same.

That would be the problem. The server is unable to convert the video file you have uploaded. Test other video files, there's some issue with the one you have. OR there is some issue with your server.

The server is ok. If there is anything I need to adjust let me know. I can confirm that. This should be investigated thoroughly.

To investigate it:
* upload a different file to the server, see if that plays. (attached are some sample videos .mp4 and .flv )

If they do not play, the issue is with the server. If they do play the issue is with the file.

They are only playing on my android phone. On my Pc or laptop browser, the play button is not working.

Make sure you are running the latest Jamroom Core 6.1.0b4 - go into Marketplace -> Reload Modules or Skins and "reload" the Core module - there was an update I just pushed out this morning that should help here.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks!

That is not correct. You have to use the latest beta version:
