For over 3 hours now "This video file is currently being processed and will appear here when complete."

nothing is being done

make sure your server is setup correctly.
make sure there are no red lights in your server check in the ACP.
make sure that ffmpeg is setup correctly.

check your activity log
check your error log

This means the conversion failed - likely it was taking too long on the server and the server "killed" the process. If your server is overloaded, you may see this.

I tried several times and it is the same issue using a different server

Then the file is bad or something else is wrong - you'll need to try a different file or check for errors.

I had this a few times and it was caused by bad meta in the file
I would try what @brian 's saying and upload a file you know is good then report

The file plays and can upload on u tube and works on u tube and other platforms .
I tried every thing and cant get it to work on jamroom
