HI I've created a new domain for my system.
I've created a new Virtual host and pointed it to the original directoy. I've followed the suggested steps (except releasing the licenses) deleted the cache's except there is no 'data/cache/jrElastic' - When I access the site under the new name the site is there, however I can't login, no messages just leaves me in the login screen . I've reloaded the server, cleared out my brower's cache ... as soon as i change the name back to the original in the /data/config/config.php I can once again log in. Any ideas ???

only general steps. (your instructions are bit hard to follow :) )

Docs: "HowTo: Change the jamroom directory or domain"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/howto/1077/howto-change-the-jamroom-directory-or-domain

Docs: "Somethings wrong what do I do?"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/troubleshooting/114/somethings-wrong-what-do-i-do

Probably the thing that will fix it is the "If you can not get into the ACP" step in the doc above:

Docs: "Somethings wrong what do I do: If you cant get into the ACP"
https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/troubleshooting/114/somethings-wrong-what-do-i-do#if-you-cannot-get-in-to-the-acp

Run the repair.php script.

Next question, sorry for the mess i've ended up in ... As I said in the previous post I have updated the site and can now log in. Now I want to update my account info on Jamroom, I don't see anywhere that I can edit, remove or add a new site, so that's the first part - maybe my old red eyes can't see it ;-)
The second part is the two licenses that I've bought, files and Galleries that I would be moving to the new site as well
the old site is ftree.croziers.org the new site is www.fialas.com
Thanks for your help ...

Go to your profile here on Jamroom at https://www.jamroom.net/itsken then click on the update icon (top left in image). There you can release the licences from the old site. Make sure the new site has your marketplace credentials set and it will then have access to all licenced modules.
Hope that helps
