Good day. I would like to add the submenus available on "Pro Jam Dark" on Main Menu of Audio Pro Template (members, music, videos, events etc). Is that possible.?
And how I do that ?

You can do that with the Site Builder menu editor.

I think it's briefly covered in this video.
