solved multiple Jamroom Licenses?

I have purchased superpack and artist solo bundle but my licenses for audio support that came with solo artist bundle don't seem to be showing up

try:
* running the integrity check
* clearing the caches
* reload modules or skins
MARKETPLACE - TOOLS - RELOAD MODULES OR SKINS
* run the system updates
MARKETPLACE - SYSTEM UPDATES

In none of that helps, check the activity logs for errors.

This is because you have 3 Jamroom installs, and your audio module is already being used on 2 of them - it will show as "purchase" on the 3rd. Remember each module that is a JCL (Jamroom Commercial License) module is allowed to be installed on up to 2 sites. So if you purchase another license, that would give you 4 sites you could install on, and so on.

yes I understand that. The 2 sites that it is installed on should be under my super pack license. the third should be under the audio license that came with solo artist bundle unless I'm missing something

Nope - you're not missing anything. Let me check it out, as the bundle purchase should have automatically created a new jrAudio license.

For some reason it wasn't added, so I just manually added a new license in for your account - you should be able to install that now.
