Today I tried my J5 on a tablet running Android 4.0.4 and could play the mp3 using the default browser. Anyway it doesn't work with Opera mini.

It could be great if anyone else post this kind of issue below.

That is because currently it wont play on your Android phone. This isnt a Jamroom BUG but a war between Android and Apple which fueled also from Apple and PC and travels far and wide from web developers to video game developers, mobile developers ect..
Developers have screamed for a UNIVERSAL FORMAT that will work on all devices... and there was a huge pissing match over .ogg .mp3 and then flash chimed in...
What was going to be the standard format for the web?
Would it be free or would you have to pay to develop with it?
Android has been so bent out of shape that the world chose MP3 over OGG they actually didnt support mp3 initally except on a few devices if any. Hoping they could force the world to use .ogg
This continues as well in to the tablet war to conquer the market on various topics.
Good News Is:
They have finally came around to their senses and Android looks like they will start bringing in support for html5 in to their devices in the future.
Heres a chart showing this progression:
http://mobilehtml5.org/
Devices with HTML5 and .mp3 format are solid choices to work with if your concerned with your phone being you targeted market for Jamroom.
Its probably not going to happen that a developer wastes their time creating a solution for your old devices that dont support this as the future will never support it. Everything will be HTML5 and .mp3 and beyond.
"Its not that it cant be done... Its just that, it would be like selling you a car (device) that takes leaded gasoline (OGG) and you asking to have a mechanic make it use unleaded (MP3) because all the gas stations (HTML5) are unleaded (MP3)." The All gas stations in the future are (HTML5) serving Unleaded (mp3) and Diesel (flash)".
Better off just buying an unleaded or diesel car (device) now days.
