Password Reset Email

I have a member who is trying to reset her password. She clicked on Forgot Password and enters her email address, but she never receives an email. She has checked her spam folder as well. Any suggestions!

Have you checked your delivery log to see if there are any issues there (in your Hosted site settings)?

There is a failed email. get her to check the email address is the correct one. may need you to fix it for her.

Thank you. That is the correct address. She's emailing from it. Could it be on her end?

it could be, login to your mailgun account and click the OPEN LOGS page to see if there is any more information about why the delivery 'failed'.

Also check the "Suppressions" tab in your Mailgun site page....use the Search feature in Suppressions to see if her email address has been suppressed by Mailgun for too much bouncing.
