1. Updated the search module and I am still having trouble. I can click the search button and nothing displays. The screen just shades darker. Could be related to #2.

2. Anyone know what this is from? These are appearing in dev tools. I thought possibly from Google Analytics but I removed that and this is still displayed.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '1' of null

1. Try rebuilding the index ACP > Listing > Search > Tools > Rebuild Index then reset your cache.

2. That looks like a third party javascript error. Are you using any third party scripts anywhere?

Hope this helps!

Yeah I kicked off the index rebuild and it is in progress.

I was thinking google analytics was it but let me look. I know jr has a secondary verification process but last I looked I was not using it.

That "doubleverify.com/visit.js" looks like a 3rd party tracking script - you'll want to track down which of the JS's you're pulling into your site is including that.

Thanks Brian. I am assuming google adsense.

What about the search? Clicking search on my index page is just changing the page color darker. No errors in dev tools.

sounds like its looking for the modal but not finding it, guessing this is related to your custom module which also has its own modal. "making the page darker" seams very modalish.

there is no custom module on the modal. It was all js. Right now it is also using the basic comment box and not tinymce so it is working. That modal is also not on the index page so it should be unrelated.

Search was working fine but some updates were done and then it has been spotty at best. I rolled back and all was well. There was a new update to search a day or so ago and I loaded that up and I am still seeing this issue.

Got a URL I could look at to see the issue happening?

Michael I opened a support ticket on it. Rather long winded hehe but that has all the info.

When I disable chat it works. Nate can't repro on demo. Please feel free to look at it.
