solved RSS Feed Widget

I followed the instructions on how to create a new RSS feed, in the RSS Feed template (pictures of the process I used included). I then setup an RSS Widget and selected the RSS that I setup, however there is nothing there on the page. www.urbanmic.com/test

I've also tried pasting {jrFeed_list name="Music_News"} into my news.tpl template, rest my cache, however nothing showed up. I tried multiple different locations.

No problems here. The correct feed URL is:

http://www.mtv.com/news/feed/

Have just added it here and it is working.
