I would like to change the amount of updates the Timeline shows, from 12 to 15, where can I do this?

The pagebreak is set in your skins/jrProJamLight/profile_index.tpl file.

Note that there are 6 jrCore_list functions

{jrCore_list module="jrAction" etc...}

in that file that you'll need to change the pagebreak parameter to 15.
