You can find all Jamroom 4 downloads on the Jamroom 4 archive site:

http://archive.jamroom.net/

If you are just starting on your site now though, I would recommend going with Jamroom 5 instead.

I have jamroom enter price mega packet and projam 2 skin too..Im didnt install it before...I need new intallations directly jamroom 5 and some skin too..how can talk with support..I will share my hosting info for instalaltions.
