solved Update license Install URL

I have just moved/upgraded my site to JR5 and could not log in. Realised that the license is still pointing to the production server.

How do I change it from jr5.music412.com to music412.com ?

https://www.jamroom.net/networklicense/licenses

"release" the licenses, and they will show as not being associated with a site. Then, log in to your JR5 site and go to the marketplace -> system updates and it should link up to the new URL.

Note that the URL is just for display - it does not block or change anything.

Hi Brian

Thanks for your help. Indeed, releasing the license did not solve my problem. When I try to log into my site, it prompts "a system level error was encountered trying to validate the form values: error:"

Any suggestion as to what is causing this?

Yeah this has nothing to do with your licenses - make sure you have followed every step in this guide:

https://www.jamroom.net/the-jamroom-network/documentation/howto/1077/howto-change-the-jamroom-directory-or-domain

Most likely you have not deleted the cached files, so they are pointing to the old URL/directory.

delete all the files in the following 2 directories:
data/cache/jrCore/*
data/cache/(ActiveSkin)/*
