Check your amazon S3 credentials are all still working. The issue is Amazon is blocking the request.

Also check for any http vs https urls are as they should be.

Hi Michael,

tks for the response.

I just did this and it appears when smiley pictures get transferred to amazon the permissions are not set correctly, all other pictures have the correct settings. I have manually added the correct permissions and the smileys get displayed.

I will delete the smileys and start again using the amazon transfer, to check if this was a once of glitch or if there are some other issues

will keep you posted

Did you manually transfer the smilies to AWS? If you're using the Amazon S3 Media system module, then all transfers go through that module and their permissions SHOULD be set correctly.

nope, i have not manually transferred them.

After I have seen the issue I changed the permission of the smileys to see if the issue goes away and after setting the right permissions the pictures showed up on the site.

it appears it is only happened to smiley's and the favicon

error log is empty

happy to help in any way to solve the issue

Helmut

OK weird - they go through the same function to be transferred, so I am not sure how that could happen but I will check it out.

Thanks!
