1. Where do I restart Apache
2. Do I plug in my JR IP address to point the profile domain or do I only need the name servers?

1) You can restart apache in "Server Tools" in your server dashboard:

https://www.jamroom.net/keith-mauck/hosting/dashboard

2) you just need to update the A record for any mapped domain and point it at your Jamroom server IP address

No - not for a mapped domain. You do for your "main" domain that has been created in the Server control panel here on jamroom.net.

You only need to update the A record for the mapped domain to point to your Jamroom server IP.
