solved On-Site Videos disappeared after installing Video (Combined) module

I installed the Combined Video module so that my users will be able to see all the videos in one list regardless of where the videos are hosted. Before doing so, I had three lists -- YouTube, Vimeo, and "Videos." This last list consisted of a few videos I had uploaded directly to my Ning site, which got migrated over. Now that the combined list is active, I have no access to those few onsite videos. Their titles show up in the combined list, but clicking on them leads to "This page does not exist."

Similarly, if I go to my profile now, click the video button, click the plus sign, and then select "upload video" (as opposed to YouTube or Vimeo), I get "This page does not exist" at the url mysite.com//create.

If I go to the Data Browser for Video, I receive this string on the screen: CRI: Query Error: Table 'stitchingbuddhascom813.jr_jrcombinedvideo_item_key' doesn't exist.

I don't care so much about losing those few videos (though if they ARE lost, I'd like to recover whatever storage space they were using) but I would like the option of uploading or at least not to have a broken link there.

It sounds like the module URLs for BOTH the combined video AND video modules are the same (although that should not happen). Go into your ACP -> Profiles -> Video and click on the "info" tab - if the Module URL shows "video" change it to "uploaded_video" and save.

Let me know if that helps.

Thanks, Brian. I got there but it took a little work because the matching-URL mistake was blocking access to the Video module's settings.

The first screenshot below is what I saw when I went to ACP -> Profiles -> Video.

Clicking the Info tab on that screen took me to the second screenshot, the Video (Combined) info settings, instead of the Video info settings.

So, taking a variation of your instructions, I changed the URL on the Video (combined) module to video_combined.

That got me back my onsite videos and got the Upload Video button working on my Profile page. But then the Video item in the main top menu of my site was back to listing only the uploaded videos, rather than the combined list. I think I could have adjusted the menu item but instead I went to my now-revealed ACP -> Profiles -> Video info settings and changed the url as you suggested and returned the Video (Combined) URL to "video."

I think/hope it's all resolved now! Thank you!

Now that you can get to both the video and combined video info tabs, and you still want to use the combined video module, change the video module URL to uploaded_video and the combined video module URL to video.

That should allow you to see uploaded videos at somesite.com/uploaded_video and all videos at somesite.com/video.

Hope this helps!
