Hello again.
I just spotted the 'lightbulb' icon here in the support forum, on a post I added, with the option to click and mark a post solved / resolved.
Is there any way to do the same for submitted support tickets? It would take a lot less time than typing a note each time to remind that a ticket can now be closed.
Just a thought?
