Audio song edit problem

I have installed the audio problem it uploads and plays correctly.. how ever when i go to edit a song it updates and it messes up the mp3 somehow.. then after that it says "An error was encountered loading the media URL" when clicking play... when it was working fine before editing...

Are you uploading the song again when you use the UPDATE button, or just changing the information.

Run the Integrity Check and clear the caches and make sure your system is up-to-date.

No i go to do any kind of change and it does that... if i do a new upload it uploads and converts it and plays it good. if you go to edit the song and u just want to change the picture or any text field... it does that error after saving...
