I have a hosted account.

When I login at jamroom.net and look at profile, settings, etc, where should I look to see if I am in JR 4 or JR 5, and which version is being used?

I suspect it is somewhere obvious, and that I have been looking in all the wrong places.

If you have a hosting account with us, then your using JR5 and you can view your licenses here
https://www.jamroom.net/networklicense/licenses/profile_id=1608/user_id=1602

JR4 is no longer supported or actively being updated. You can find your JR4 files here though.

Hope this helps!

If its JR5 you'll find the version number at:
ACP -> MODULES -> CORE -> SYSTEM CORE -> INFO

Unless your site is more that 4 years old, it wont be JR4.

Thanksfor the info.
Just to note: (1) the link in first reply takes me to the Jamroom sites tab for my JR.net account, and there I can see my sites and the 'view licences' tab.

When I choose the 'view licences' tab I am then taken to a list of marketplace items that have been installed on the site, and two buttons next to each: one for 'remove' and one for 'download'.

I don't want to do either of those actions... but is downloading the only way to see what the version is?

The System Core logo displays a black radiation symbol. Perhaps that is a visual code for JR5? At least it suggests a cool state, not a meltdown!

(2) The ACP route to the module INFO on the actual site is good. The System Core is running on 5.3.5

Cheers, P.

Your Jamroom site is not running here, on jamroom.net - it is running separately, on your hosting server (which is a physically distinct and separate server). To find out the versions of modules installed on YOUR jamroom, you need to log in to your Jamroom site as a master admin. You will find information (including the version) about each module in the module's "info" tab once in the ACP.
