Hey.
I have another error in Image galleries. I created an editor Form. I can create a Gallery and edit Photos. But I can't edit the Text in the editor. When I save the gallery there is only the old Text and not the edited Text.

Can someone help?

This is fixed in the latest jrGallery module V1.7.2
Get it from your Marketplace.

Sorry Paul, i have installed the latest update 1.7.2, integrity check, reset caches... but it don't works

... and it don't works with textarea

Hmm - You might need to clear the database form_session table.
If you're ok with using phpMyAdmin (ACP=>Developer=>Developer Tools=>Database Admin) go in and empty the jr_jrcore_form_session table.
If not, send me your site url and admin login and I'll do it for you - support[at]jamroom[dot]net

sorry paul, but it's not working for me, i tried some different form elements (checkbox, selections, text). by updating a gallery it does not save anything. :(

Can you provide a step by step process of what you are doing so that I can replicate your issue?

hi, here is a step by step process

Login...
» get on my profile
» Gallery / Blog
» create new
» fill out that form and upload some pictures
» save

» edit that gallery, change text (checkbox, what ever)
» save that entry ...

...and nothing changed... when i go then on edit that gallery there are the old entries in that form fields

clearing the jr_jrcore_form_session table in phpmyadmin takes no effect on that

by the way, in the form designer, when i set image upload required to no, the site still requires a image on creating a gallery.

alternatively it would be helpfull, if there was a multiple image upload on the blog module. we want to create a "on tour blog" with text and multiple images..

Have found a bug in the Gallery module that is causing this. Fixing it up now and will push a new release to the Marketplace asap.
