Email Core Missing?

Hello,

I installed Jamroom 5 yesterday. The system check seems to show everything as fine and I didn't have any errors during the installation. However, when I click the "Email Core" option in the ACP, I get a file not found error from the server.

Not sure where to look for the source of the problem.

Thanks!

First thing to do - try re-installing the module from the Marketplace - http://yoursite.com/marketplace/system_update/all=1

Tried that. When I click the "Reload" button under "Action," I get a file not found error.

The error says: "The requested URL /roundcubeer/admin/info was not found on this server."

It looks like your .htaccess file may not be working correctly - is mod_rewrite enabled on your account?

mod_rewrite should be enabled. As far as I can tell, it is. But I've sent a message to my server admin to be sure.
