solved Wrong module purchase

Hi!

Sorry, I kinda bought some modules that didn´t work with my server
and two by misstake. (Trigger happy mouse finger on quick purchase and a distracted mind = bad combination ;)

Can I please have a refund for these?

Gallery Image EXIF
Flickr

Would save my day :)

We'll get you a refund on those modules. :)

Did you know that if you use our hosting all those modules are free for use on as many domains as you like?

Hi! Thank you for the help!

Regardin hosting, YES, I think it is time to try this :)

I exchange, I wonder if it is possible to get a refund for the other recently purchast modules as well (same date as the others?), since these will be free anyway when I sign up for the long haul? May I be so bold to ask this of you? :)

n8Video Player
Polls
Photo Albums

We can get that sorted out. The only one in that list that isn't created by 'The Jamroom Network' (us :) ) is the n8Video Player, its created by @n8flex so it would need to be purchased to be used.

If that's still ok, activate your server from the hosting tab on your profile:
https://www.jamroom.net/tettlingen/hosting/overview

Click the 'view available server plans' and activate the one you need. Its easy to change sizes so just go with what you need now.

Then we'll refund all the modules created by us and you can install any of ours from your marketplace.

our payment processor charges us fees for refunds so I've credited your hosting account with the amount of the modules $57 to avoid the fees.

If that's unacceptable and you need it refunded to your account, let me know and we can do that instead.
