solved editing pages after moving them from profile to visible on main page?

So there were a number of pages on one of our profiles that we wanted to move to being visible on the main page... so far, so good, since I edited it while it was still on the profile and I could switch it to "visible on the main page". However, once it's visible on the main page, I have no idea about how to edit the page or how to delete the page totally.

Any tips for a non-coder would be most welcome....

All pages that are 'visible on main pages' are accessible via the ACP -

ACP=>Site=>Page Creator=>Tools=>Browse

If you are running the latest version of Jamroom, then the Page browser is in your ACP > Admin > Page Creator > Tools > Browse Existing Pages.
