Hello Brian,
is there any plans of running the ffmpeg on external server rather then on same server as it works now.

as more users uploading would put the site to an halt until the conversion has finished

or maybe we could schedule the conversion instead of conversion right away maybe when the site is quite

Watch this space!! A conversion module that runs on its own server is in progress and we'll also be offering a 'conversion' service.
