video not converting?

this vid is not converting, there is no converting workers in queue
its been up a day or 2
was something messed up when the image cache delete was added to the queue
why can i no longer find a way to auto reconvert or anything

any errors in the error or activity log. My guess is its a problem with the video.

If i changed a .jpg filename to a .mp4 filename it would upload but it wouldn't convert.

If the base file is broken it wont be fixed during conversion.

deleted video_conversions queue entry running for 14401 seconds - 3rd time failing
thats the only thing i could find and i had increased priority and added more workers
i;'ll have him try it again

If you can attach a copy of the original file here, I can try uploading it to my system.

That would allow us to know if its a 'something in your system' error, or a 'problem with the file' type error.
