Does anyone know of a script that can be used to make JR videos play a predetermined 20 second ad BEFORE the video starts?

closest thing that exists right now is the "Playlist Ads" module, but thats for playlists, not individual songs:

Thanks- I am looking for a way to inject a 30 second video ad in front of videos... which seems is not available...
