i had a purchase through my site yesterday, the full price of the purchase went into my account, not the shop owners. i thought i should have gotten 3% and them 97%
why aren't they getting the payment

This is correct - payments on your site will go into YOUR account. You would then use the profile payout tool to send payments to your artists.

if you want PayPal payments to go directly to your artists, use the PayPal module - no the foxycart module.

No.. it's a manual process - JR has no idea WHAT system you want to use to do the actual payout, and it may differ with different users.
