Comment list has wrong urls

When I type http://www.mysite.com/comment comments are listed as expected. But the links to the relevant items are wrong. I think profile name is missing in the link.

For example link is like this:

http://www.mysite.com//uploaded_audio/94/sergeant-tappers-amazing-box-of-lullabies

But I think correct URL is:
http://www.mysite.com/PROFILENAME/uploaded_audio/94/sergeant-tappers-amazing-box-of-lullabies
