Go to your User Accounts Browser and/or your User Profiles Browser and click on the Download CSV button to download a spreadsheet-friendly file. Open in Excel and delete any unwanted columns.

ahh i have windows ten and they removed microsoft office starter .... I downloaded the csv file and tried to upload it to my gmail but it said it was invalid
