as you see in the screenshot, this link to a video, (i believe it only happens when someone comments on it not the original posting) at the bottom when i hover over it you see it links to the front page
simularly, i had seen a comment posted on a profile
the profile name was missing only @ was there
i can't remember but i think that may also have linked to the front page

Soaring, your last screenshot :
shows a Forum discussion post on the left in forum activity...but on the right it's showing someone leaving a comment on the comment wall of a profile named " @ ". There have been quite a few discussions now about the 'ghost members' with only @ showing as their name- and when you click to them it takes you to the site index page. The latest is that this has been fixed in the newest beta updates.
I don't think your forum discussion post in your screenshot is connected in any way to the profile comment to @ on the left in your screenshot.

the 1st was a video not forum 2nd was the "ghost" comment

i'll see if theres a newer update but i just noticed this this morn (not the @ the vid comment)

another possible bug i think i just found...maybe
typically the image cache ran about 85-120 gigs and stayed there
i have however noticed since recent updates it climbs and climbs using up more and more disk space, its as if its caching multiple copies of the same images

i have it set to 30 days
my sitemap crawler runs every 4 days so should move every single image into cache in that 4 days and keep them there
today though it seems like theres 3 times as many images in cAche as there ever was, my disk use is climbing towards max
and i am going to have to clear image cache for the 1st time in a long time

yea it had cached over 3 million images and i know for a fact that thats way over how many it should be
will clear, and monitor over the next week and report back

Soaring have you run a thorough "Resize Item Images" in your Image Core module tools...for all site categories to reduce file sizes of images on your site to something reasonable like max 1000 pixels in any one direction, for instance? That can save many GB on your storage. Do you also have "convert to JPG" checked? You might also consider setting your delete image cache to like 3 or 7 days instead of 30, at least while these issues are going on for you.

i tried that resize thing once in the past with disastrous results
i cleared the image cache entirely and that did not help\

theres still somethig gobbling up disk space

can't yet be certain, but i believe the newest jrimage is not properly deleting cached images even when you use clear image cache
i am manually deleting everything inside data/cache just to see if thats the case

that does seem to be the issue! mannually deleting the cache dropped the ssd use from 90% to 38%

I'm not aware of any issues with this - the only thing I could think is that it may be timing out if your directory is large enough and doesn't delete the files very quickly. I can check that out.
