I just wanted to post a quick note about Jamroom Support availability over the next 10 days or so.
Due to Christmas and New Years, between now and the end of the year, most of us here on the team will be offline on different days, so if you open a ticket please give us extra time to respond.
If you are a Jamroom Hosting customer, please schedule any site activity knowing that our response to "help" may not be as quick as normal.
I will personally be offline the 24th and 25th (Thursday and Friday), but will do my best to followup on any tickets over the weekend if needed.
I hope everyone has a great holiday season - I can't believe it is almost 2016
