solved After fresh install Users module fails system_check

I just installed the basic Jamroom install downloaded from here:
https://www.jamroom.net/networkmarket/core_download/jamroom-core-5.2.41.zip

Looking at the system_check I see the users module showing red:

Weird - that should not be including the beta version - I will check it out.
